Knox County Schools Welcomes Steve Spangler’s Everyday STEM Experience
Amazing day with teachers from Knox County Schools in Tennessee. The staff at Belle Morris Elementary takes the Best Day Ever Principle to the next level and beyond.
What made this day exceptional for me was to experience a school culture where teachers are focused on creating life-changing experiences for their students and each other. That kind of caring culture just doesn’t show up one day. It’s a direct result of great leadership from the principal, Terry Lynn Hursey and Jayne Dyar, an amazing instructional coach who has worked with us over the last 6 months to make today’s professional development custom-tailored to the needs of her teachers. Yes, that was Jayne who hit the tray of eggs and made Isaac Newton proud.
